I would just like to comment on the after sales service of Newton Blinds. We purchased a venetian blind with a timer attached quite a few years ago and have been very pleased with it. The timer started to malfunction and I took it back to the factory. It was found that the mother board had failed and even though the type of timer was no long produced, managed to fit a new one. On getting home I found it did not work. The firm sent out a fitter the following day, still no joy, so he took it back with him. The following day it was returned and refitted in good working order.Excellent afterservice. I do not agree with having to check the box for more information about products in order to forward a testimonial, nearly changed my mind!!
Just had Newton-le-willows blinds fitted again excellent quality very happy with them, fitted prefect by Gav, clean and tidy work very helpful young man, will definitely have your blinds in the future.
We have just had some pleated roller blinds fitted to our conservatory roof and we are so pleased with them. We just wished we had had them fitted sooner, the effect they have is superb with all this sun we have been having. They were very reasonably priced and well worth the money. Thankyou so much.
I was having trouble with an electric roof blind in my conservatory. Ian came out and sorted the problem for us; we were thrilled. He was pleasant, polite and very helpful and we will not hesitate to ring for your services again and will recommend you to our friends.

In early 2014 the standards regarding the manufacture, supply and professional installation of internal window blinds changed significantly. It is now illegal to supply or professionally install a window blind which does not comply with the child safety requirements of BS EN 13120:2009+A1:2014.
